Coping With Stress During The COVID-19 Pandemic

The COVID-19 pandemic has taken a toll on some many individual's mental health. According to CNN, America has the highest percentage, 33%, of people reporting experiencing stress, anxiety, or great sadness that was difficult to cope with alone, in the world.


Here are a few tips to cope during this stressful time:

- Set a limit on the time you spend on social media and watching the news

- Do virtual meetings with your loved ones

- Ensure that you're taking care of your body, by staying active, getting enough rest, and eating healthy

- Set time aside everyday to treat yourself by doing something that will help you relax

- Seek professional help if you feel overwhelmed or unsafe
