The Difference Between Physical Distancing, Quarantine, And Isolation

Quarantine:

- For people who might have been exposed to someone with COVID-19

- 14 day period in which you stay at home

- Avoid contact with people as much as possible


Isolation:

- For people that have tested positive

- In home isolation you'll need to stay away from family members and pets

- Home isolation is only for those who have mild symptoms


Physical Distancing:

- Social distancing is the act of keeping space between you and others (6ft) to prevent the spread

- Avoiding large groups of people
